All content on this site, including but not limited to the Fused & Fired logo, original ceramic designs, fused glass artwork photography, and text, is the property of Fused & Fired Art Studio LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

3. Art Fair Information

While we strive to keep our "Find Us" calendar accurate, art fair dates and booth locations are subject to change by the event organizers. Fused & Fired Art Studio is not responsible for any cancellations or schedule changes made by third-party event coordinators.

4. Custom Commissions

Commissioned art pieces are handcrafted and unique. Variations in glaze color, texture, and glass fusion are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Specific terms for commission timelines and deposits will be provided during the inquiry process.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Fused & Fired Art Studio's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
